Customer Support Specialist

Candidates should have a minimum two years related experience and knowledge of accounting applications such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Payroll. |
Corporate Software Sales Executive |
New business development position for experienced, "solution-oriented" salesperson selling Business Intelligence software and possibly accounting applications to small, medium and large IBM System i (iSeries, AS/400) customers. Must be able to sell directly and through channels, travel up to 25% in a multi-state territory and communicate with technical and business managers. Experience with relational or multi-dimensional database concepts, query, reporting or BI software is required. Extensive training provided. Responsibilities for both clients and business partners include the following:
- Implement and manage the sales cycle.
- Establish and build personal relationships.
- Understand business and product requirements.
- Act as liaison to other NGS departments and business partners.
Experience and Education:
- Two to three years of relevant sales experience
- College degree or equivalent industry experience
- Excellent communication/presentation skills
- Proven ability to qualify and identify new accounts
- Excellent sales planning and forecasting skills using contact management system
